When you purchase a subscription product, your payment method will be charged automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (e.g. monthly).

You authorise recurring payments until the subscription is cancelled.


🌿 Delivery

Subscription items are sent once per billing cycle.

For Fairy Mail subscriptions, mail is sent monthly.

🌿 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account.

Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.


🌿 Cancellations

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before your next scheduled payment date.
