Tarot readings are offered as pre-recorded online sessions. Once purchased, your reading is intuitively recorded and delivered to you via a private link within the stated timeframe.
How long will it take to receive my tarot reading?
Your reading will be delivered within 72 hours of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This allows space for intuitive preparation and ensures each reading is created with care rather than rush.
Can I ask a specific question?
You’re welcome to hold a specific question or simply come with a general intention such as “What do I need to know right now?” Tarot works beautifully with both.
Are tarot readings predictive?
Tarot is used here as a tool for reflection, insight, and guidance — not fixed predictions. You always remain sovereign in your choices and path.

What is Spirit Mail?
Spirit Mail is a monthly subscription offering gentle spiritual guidance. Each delivery includes an intuitive card pull, a crystal, and a written letter sharing the theme and energy of the month ahead.
When is Spirit Mail sent?
Spirit Mail is sent once per month. Dispatch timing is noted on the product page so you know exactly what to expect.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — all subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time through your customer account. There is no minimum commitment.

What age are the children’s subscriptions suitable for?
Our children’s offerings are generally best suited for ages 4–10, with adult supervision. Each product page includes guidance to help you decide what’s right for your child.
Are the children’s products safe?
Yes. All items are designed for imaginative play only and are not edible. Some kits may include small parts and are intended for supervised play.
Is Fairy Mail the same as Potion Makers Circle?
They’re different experiences:
- Fairy Mail focuses on letters, storytelling, and imagination
- Potion Makers Circle focuses on hands-on, sensory, creative play
They complement each other beautifully but can be enjoyed separately.

What happens if I sign up mid-month?
If you subscribe after the monthly cut-off date, your subscription will begin with the next month’s delivery. This ensures fairness and smooth processing.
