Practical Ways to Balance Your Chakras
Meditation: Focus on each chakra individually, visualise its colour, and imagine it spinning freely and brightly. Guided chakra meditations can be particularly helpful (plenty of free ones over on google)
Crystals: Use crystals associated with each chakra. Place them on the corresponding area of your body during meditation or carry them with you throughout the day
Essential Oils: Use essential oils to support each chakra. For example, lavender for the crown chakra or peppermint for the throat chakra. Apply them to your pulse points or use them in a diffuser
Affirmations: Use positive affirmations to reinforce the balance of each chakra. For instance, “I am grounded and secure” for the root chakra or “I speak my truth with clarity” for the throat chakra
Yoga: Practice yoga poses that correspond to each chakra. For example, Tree Pose for the root chakra or Fish Pose for the heart chakra
“I am balanced and aligned, and my energy flows freely through each of my chakras. I trust in the wisdom of my body and the power of my spirit to guide me on my path to healing and enlightenment.”

Today’s Journal Prompt: Take a moment and tune into your body and energy. Reflect on each of your seven chakras, starting from the root and moving up to the crown. How do you feel in each area? Are there any that feel blocked, overactive, or balanced? Write about any sensation, emotions, or thoughts that arise as you focus on each chakra. Consider what steps you can take to bring more balance and healing to any areas that feel out of alignment. How can you incorporate practices such as meditation, crystals, or affirmations into your daily routine to support your chakra health?
